I voted as per STAM intentions.
It is hard to imagine anyone not siding with STAM.
Just need to look at charts of some of their current holdings-BIS,HZN,NAM, Diamond Offshore.
KAR could have a similar chart too, with a board(may have to be rejuvenated) following STAM experience in capital management.
