Just imagine and i suppose its in part a hindsight but if management had of spent the drilling programe more wisely and realy got cashed up . What we could have done withe the extra funds , also people can get raving resumes so the company can get them to just move on somewhere else , even in my previous life in construction i noticed a neche and made a proposal to management that would have been good for me as a contractor and them as in the jobs would not stop waiting for another outside contractor to get to site to cut the walls and floors out as i was always on one of their sites and on call , So we made an agreement with a hand shake silly me anyway i did a more responsible job than the previous large contractor . Now im not patting myself on the back but it saved them bucket loads of expense and down time , thus i opened up a can of worms first up the demolition guys how had never in the twenty years had been doing there demo wanted a slice of the action then the suppervisors started to grumble that i was making a quid ,honestly its a fillthy job being in say a bedroom and cutting out the floor for a new bathroom while custommers are still living there anyway they screwed me and made the demo contractors do it for squat so it backfire on them .My point is i never got a pat on the back or some extra funds for a very very good financial move for the company BUT I BET THE CEO DID sorry for being long winded but that's what i mean some CEO'Sor ok and some are not worth the money and feed of other peoples funds .
