It is not clear to me who is screwing over Botanix' present shareholders.

Further, all the talk by the cunning foxes and useful gentlemen of an FDA acceptance being assured may be regarded as a psychological setup for a share price crash if the FDA does not OK SB. However IMO a share price crash is inappropriate for the following reasons:

1. The price paid for SB fully anticipates the possibility of FDA rejection - after all the stellar BTX1503 was rejected when the FDA could have blandly deemed the US results to be "outlyars" (sic) and allowed BOT to proceed with Phase III.

2. The potential SEA and PRC markets alone justify the present share-price range, and IMO Howie is prepared to act on the basis that the US is no longer the only centre of the universe.

3. Legal challenges in the US, with GPs asserting their autonomy (vis a vis HCQ and Ivermectin) suggest that the FDA might have difficulty blocking SB, and I believe Howie is prepared to exploit this line of attack.
