It is CLA fault for
1. giving SVM 15%
2. not getting deal done
3. not being able to speak to SVM to sit on sidelines till blocktrade can be arranged.
SVM have cooked CLA, good luck to them they can do whatever they want. But to try and say they haven't contributed to SP is silly. They sold 2-3% in a couple of days at end of exclusive period. They went from 15% to 11.25%. The last notice was just over 12% so they sold just close to 1% after the mining permit to get some cash back/keep price down/bit of both.
What do SVM want? my guess is optionality.
