You would have to think a NAIF contribution will be a lock at this point, so what does that alone, at say $200m, do for the shareprice and sentiment towards this project being for real?
Might even change my own sentiment from hold to buy once EPA approval is granted and management comment on how TMT's application can benefit AVL+. It could be our first indication how the OFS is heading as well.
