Sam Berridge of Perennial value in yesterdays money or mine podcast suggests east coast gas sales being done at 14 to 16 and everyone is scrambling for gas but the supply is simply not there . When we talk about valuation sensitivities every 1 dollar higher SP adds about 5-6 c to the valuation of COi . As an example Petra use 12 , if comet got 14, valuation would jump 10c and this was a before you incorporate well efficiencies , reserve growth etc . If a few things came together one could build an argument for a 65-70c .
