Yep it just wouldn’t make sense for SHs to sack the board ( the original cofounders of the company) just weeks after the CEO resigns leaving the lab assistant and office boy (no offence intended) in charge to run everything, no money in the bank, to organise funding and a global clinical trial expected to lead to fda approval, commercialisation of MPL, the sale of the company. We SHs would have to be bat shit mad to do this if the CEO wasn’t returning to right the ship and pick up where he brilliantly left off and continue the company on it’s path.
