I had arthritis 30 odd years,I was on crutches around three month a year, At one stage down the track I was expecting to be in a wheel chair, tryed all the tablets to no help, Had a new Doctor she put me on a tablet called Arthrexin, It had immediate affect, I now take a spoon full of fish oil every morning oil I found takes around three months to work, I only take the Arthrexin tablet if I get a twinge to witch is very rarely,So for the last 5 years I have been free.
