30 seconds in the life of WA1 could see it jump 5%!! This would also reset the 12m CGT duration discount for applicable entities, which might partially or fully offset any benefit depending on if/when you sold the balance. Don't know why you would want to pay tax early but perhaps this was related to the SMSF cap comment.
As I'm sure you and others have said, get a good accountant for financial advice rather than HC.
This is NOT financial advice but if you qualify as a 'sophisticated investor' then you might be interested in researching C2 Investments 'Gateway Series' structured product (with ATO ruling) if you have a large tax bill. I am not recommending this company or investment, but I have used it in the past for similar circumstances.
