To be honest, in my opinion the true value of Chalice SP is circa $16+ right now so yes it is very undervalued.
My valuation is based on my “back of the envelope” calculation on just 10% of the in-ground NPV value of the MRE.
Wouldn’t surprise me if we see the SP on a solid trajectory right back to where it was 1 year ago.
