The whole notion of a "transition" ...is really a furphy, an invention... You might simply call it for what it is...a LIE.

There will be NO transition as such, other than a morph from coal reliance to gas reliance for you certainly can't rely on ANYTHING else. Unless Nuclear enters the picture Gas will be required for the foreseeable future , indeed beyond.

This is why this whole fabrication of delay is a farce.
