Moggs your 2.3 trillion dollar claim is crap. Rumsfeld mentioned that number as an estimate of an amount they couldn't track due to out dated systems. He never said it was missing or stolen. Only the morons heard it that way and ran with it because they liked the sound of it.
Rumsfeld said at the speech in 2001..... The phrase “trillions went missing from the budget” in the Instagram post above appears to refer to a speech then-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld gave on Sept. 10, 2001, at an opening ceremony for the Department of Defense’s Acquisition and Logistics Excellence Week.“The technology revolution has transformed organizations across the private sector,” Rumsfeld said. “But not ours, not fully, not yet. We are, as they say, tangled in our anchor chain. Our financial systems are decades old. According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions. But Rumsfeld was not saying that the Department of Defense was missing $2.3 trillion. He was using the number to illustrate that the Department of Defense was having trouble keeping track of its finances because of outdated technology.
So yet another of your mindless reasons for claiming it's a conspiracy has been debunked. You seem to be running out of lies?
