EVM - still in a trading halt (ann due before trading opens tomorrow, which in theory at least could include any time today).
Meanwhile there's a non-senstitive announcement regarding conversion of debt to equity, shares to creditors issued (with attached options) at a slight premium to last traded price.
Now it's easy to issue shares to creditors when there's no prospect of the creditors ever getting any real $ - if I can't squeeze blood from a stone I might have to settle for squeezing sand...
On the other hand it might mean the creditors accept that owning shares in EVM us a good idea ...?
