The only way this can turn into good news is if they get a strategic investor on-board.
Otherwise, the plan seems to be to fund the rest of Stage 1 by issuing equity at ever lower prices. I wonder how much will be left per share after dilution and whether long-termers can foreseeable earn a capital gain even if the project is successful.
