A new(ish) CEO who has managed to half the share price for shareholders , he has however found that the area surrounding the REE contains fertilizer....Hello !! PEK having sold 20% of the Company to Shenghe have all but guaranteed any hair brained scheme they put to all other shareholders will be approved, so why would Shenghe pay $1.50+ to fully own the resource/s when they for all intents and purposes have control over this weak insipid BOD's. Well played Shenghe !!!! Like a lot of shareholders stuck in this pig of a stock at averages way above the current joke of a price(other than those that have sold out at a loss), due wholly to the incompetence of the BOD's I might add, whether we vote Yes or No will make absolutely no difference to the obvious outcome of any direction this BOD's take(or are told to take by the Chinese) as they totally own the board.
