Thanks for the information, I'm not sure about Mr Evan's assessment of it being an overreaction by the market. This is a very poor-performing LIC by any measurement. As stated above a drop of 22% in NTA between announcements is a very bad look. I can accept poor investment decisions/stock selections that can happen. ( I have done it myself NAC and NSC are good examples) but the conduct of the management here is very questionable and deceptive and that is my principal concern. Think I may just have to lick my wounds and move on. Lessons learnt. Sentiment none. The position just sold today.
