Ann: Results of Annual General Meeting, page-2

Well, I am probably as baffled as everyone else as to what is going on. Obviously interest in the company with huge liquidity recently. The most interesting aspect of the AGM is the withdrawal of resolutions 6, 7 and 8, which were for the granting of almost 1 billion shares to some entity called E-Cube for a lithium project in Africa. I am not a great fan of lithium, and given that the company has acquired a very interesting gold tenement, I was wondering whether they were going to continue with this lithium play ... and I must say that I am very pleased indeed that they are not (assuming my interpretation is correct). And not just because of the dilution effect of issuing a billion shares for something that might get wiped out by changes in battery technology or market sentiment.
Looking forward to updates, but so far happy with this first step.
