V1, someone needs a rocket put up them for this ill-timed and ill-conceived capital raise. It appears DB thinks any time is a good time to do a capital raise. If you are running a public company it’s never a good idea to piss off your shareholders. They have long memories. Keeping them in the dark and not giving SHs a good reason for the need for the capital raise reeks of arrogance….the rise in the share price had just started after months of falls. SH are in no mood for more shenanigans after waiting for months and months for a PEP 11 decision.
