You are right, Tonkin and his board do not respect the interests of SLR shareholders, even though one of their primary tasks !
And, as usual, ASIC and J. Longo do nothing, provided that they are informed of these questionable manipulations, of course. This, when they were (SMC/Chris Wallin) or ( DCN /GMD - Richards/Finlayson cases), ASIC and J. Longo did nothing anyway !
