There are also to other substantial holder which have emerged over the last two weeks or so - one with just over 5% anf tis one with (from memory) 7%. combined they are over 10%. To get full control CPB needs to get over 90% for compulosry aquisition. So what are thoese others doing? Maybe they are involved in arbitrage to get a good price from CPB, or maybe it is a greenmail (a spoiler) to get an even higher price form CPB.
Interesting. time will tell. Sadly, I sold mine a few weeks ago onmarket at about $4.00. If they are greenmailers and decide to sit on their holding and CPB wont play, then the price could fall and could be good buying. I'd be back in again.
