How far back are you talking? Is there a way to sort the traders from the mum and dad investors? Because surely that's who you want to target, the ones who rode it out the entire time, not the ones who probably made a fair chunk of change buying low and selling high as the price bounced around from the late 90's to the early 20teens. You would have to snap shot listings over several years to make sure they held the entire time to make it fair.
is a CR necessary? Most of their mining is suspended at the moment right now isn't it? And the legal fees have their own credit facility? A CR wouldn't benefit long term holders as it would dilute the **(potential Tanzanian)** return for all holders right? Not sure what benefit a CR would be longterm. I'm sure there are care and maintenance costs to suspended operations, and board costs but surely it would be in everyone's interest to wait for the legal outcome before going down that route.
