What i described in my post was the reason i believed as to why we are at 10c . It dose not alter my belief and all the information available , which ever way we eventually move forward , its still a $1.00 company now minimum , if Quantum pulled the plug tomorrow , what difference would it make really , this project is well underway , they would be queuing up round the block to take over quantums position . we some times forget the billions involved here , pretty sure the situation is being closely watched .
