The company has always said that they wouldn't pay any divis due to the tax inefficiencies for holders with the lack of franking credits. The caveat was if they they made a significant sale of acreage they would return cash in the form of a one off special divi. With the pivot to producer rather than real estate play we may see smaller, more regular dividends, as this is what a lot of Aussie retail investors will be looking for.
