Fair enough, Topline being an investment manger means they are less likely to make a bid for Dropsuite. Maybe they are going to let the company mature and benefit from the future returns. Maybe they have connections with companies that may be interested in a takeover and will facilitate this. Either way, like you said, they are making a big bet (I believe Dropsuite is their largest holding) on Dropsuite.

Topline do seem to max out the 3% creep every year. Any idea if the 3% creep is based on the Australian financial year or the calander year?
