anything is possible... but why on earth would regal bother placing 3 small orders (for them) at 60,70 and 80 to signal to the market they won't accept a lowball takeover offer! They wouldn't. And anyone wanting to fake the depth would make them at least more realistic than that. It is likely a holder wanting to make it look like someone is capping it. But there is zero need.... funds are buying - just let them be.
