Chad Barton was also the CFO of Star Group pre-covid which is in serious trouble now. Not sure if something that come out in Star Group proceedings in NSW that has led to his stepping down from Nuix. Just speculating.
He was quite instrumental in delivering Nuix's financial reports, so FY24 report might be his last.
He is definitely clear of the ASIC lawsuit as he joined after the 'alleged' dates.
