It's not panic selling. new CR might have sold most of thier options today at market. free money for them. if tey were confident, might have hold it bit doesnt seems like. this is now looking really ugly. absolutely, terrible move from DB to chuck in another cap raise. i guess, time is getting closure to pull the pin.
