The utilities have 60 days to send Tenex a waiver (ain't going to happen), or their contracts are cancelled.
Contrary to some speculation, the waivers are NOT easy to get. Utilities have to prove they could not obtain contracts from non-Russian sources. While the waivers deal with fuel pellets - not U3O8 - the upstream effects are obvious.
