@Sweetsound - Even though I was meters away from Mark Knopfler at a concert in Germany (Alte Oper in the 1990s), met him, he shook hands with me, and he even asked me if I knew Brett Whiteley (Sydney painter) - I have never understood the words to this song, until now.
