It would appear that we are going around in circles and you brushing aside many points made and homing in on all technical aspects etc, nitty gritty aspects.

The fruits of any material reality such as oxygen are not spiritual realities.

The fruits of the spirit (love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control) are not composed of atoms and molecular structures, so how can an atom such as oxygen bear fruit to non-atomic things?"

Oxygen is what keeps the living soul alive, so it can produce these fruits that you mention which come under the tiles of, spirit of man, soul of man, heart of man and mind of man etc.
All these terms are interchanged in various messages in the Bible, but you don't say the heart and mind are independent of or separate to the body, as you appear to be doing with the spirit and soul.

'Spirit returns to God' -> Gen 6:3 - And Yehowah said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh;................
NOTE, it is God's Spirit returning back to him, not our spirit, so that suggests to some degree, his spirit is dwelling in man.
Keep in mind, his spirit is also defined as breath, which naturally would include oxygen, which we need to keep alive.

With this breath/spirit, man BECAME a living soul and not received a soul.
