Although I also could have picked shares up on market at 3.0/3.1 cents I chose to pay 3.3 cents in the placement and shareholder offer for the following reasons:

1) to assist the Company with the raise which goes into the Company's bank account
2) if the Company raise what they require that should assist the share price which will assist me
2) my valuation of the free options are > 0.3 cents

Your final question re have HIO under-raised ? ..... they are positioning themselves to get to to the next milestone ..... option holders will chip if required and if in the money it won't be a difficult task !

I do agree with the lack of information and this has been raised ..... but ..... I think the best person to communicate any information will be our new MD
