Was interested in your vomment. You seem to be a person who does research and I thought thst EGP and DDR and even WHC were high dividend payers whereas a fund that had zero management fees would be looking much more to high growth.
I looked at their performance and it doesn't look pretty flash either.
They did show that fishing in the smaller end of town hasnt been good for any shareholders.
I find it strange that they see DDR as a growth stock. I see it as an income stock.
