Plenty of redacted material to try and fill in the blanks. All very strange. Matters that should not be raised or commented on. Talk of "the current intention is that the Resources Minister will be the decision maker for the Commonwealth". This to me says that there is a lot of manoeuvring going on behind the scenes to get to a certain outcome. It seems over engineered to me. So who are the grey people behind the scenes pulling the strings?
