    SInce when have Synergy had tenements in the outback - as shown on the front cover??? Looks like an off-the-shelf annual report template to me.

    The current Board looks pretty off-the-shelf too...wonder if they'll actually use this money they hope to raise for what they tell shareholders they'll use it for.
