Interesting point, wouldn't that mean support for non-BRICs aligned countries? Brazilian projects unlikely to get support in this thinking, but the US are throwing serious coin at the Aussie companies like LYC. I admit MEI got a debt funding package from the US, but it covers US goods only so basically is a net loss since US goods are so expensive!
Will be interesting to see how China responds, they may take the brakes off REO prices.
