Mate dont be stupid.
What the hype on Pmt has created is a bloated and grossly overvalued valuation for Pmt at $1.8 bil AUD that NO one would want to touch .
No one in this market will pay anywhere nearly this ridiculous valuation for something thats at least 10 yrs away from the market, with no infrastructure, no permits no roads in the Quebec wilderness.
This unrealistic valuation bascially is now pmt's Achilles heel which unless this halves in value maybe someone might look at this
