it's basically the same flowsheet as the DMS plant they were designing for Adina. They might need an extra crusher etc. But your comment is simply wrong because DMS plants are not wildly different, be they for diamonds or spod. I am 90% sure there will not be "considerable capex" to make it usable, and would guess under 100m aud. Everyone following this deal understands it's too good to pass up and expect WR1 to exercise the option and make use of Renard. The only question is whether they do so in Sept or 3 or 6 months later.
