What, invest in Africa again? Give me one Australian Investment in Africa where the apparent additional returns warrant the huge additional risk. There is none.

Investors are quickly to calculate the returns and comment on OPEX savings, but they have zero clue of how to calculate or judge risk. They rely on some kid with a spreadsheet to puts down a risk discount factor of 10% when the DFS is delivered.
