It looks like a lot of Australian and Kiwi dairy assets are going up for sale lately, so plenty of potential acquisitions on the table.
But still seems to me as though the likeliest scenario will be they need to spend much of the money to resolve the Synlait situation, whether that means taking a larger stake, full takeover, buying Dunsandel, or some other unknown option.
It is a bit telling that they still haven't started on that blending & canning facility for MVM, sounds to me like they are hoping for Dunsandel to fall into their hands somehow.
