I reckon a deal like the following would be really good and perhaps realistic if results are great:
licence deal for $200 million half in cash and half in equity
BP to pay for all costs associated to phase 3 and distribution
double digit royalties for BIT
additional $2 billion if regulatory and commercial milestones are achieved
and the sp could potentially go close to $15….it’s possible! Don’t underestimate the power of royalties.
all in my opinion anyway!
