Googs DB disclosed via the announcement what the raise was for.
Nopta have financial requirements as part of an ongoing application.
So because we’ve been here for a while and have seen this type of raise before we understand that the raise is as per the announcement and also fulfils Nopta requirements.
It’s not too hard to understand but I understand you might struggle a bit with it
