So Insto selling to get a lower price!! I thought most companies list in the US to get a better valuation as people keep on saying US investors know how to value biotech.
will have to wait for further announcements but if they can issue only 10% of current shares at a higher price, it could be good enough. I think they want to fund other trails but need the money now instead of waiting some months. Only CB can tell us.
