Financing is good, but offtake must be firm take-or-pay from a party known to be able to live up to such contracts. Otherwise it does not carry the necessary strength towards third party financiers.
The assessed capex of US$120 mio in the home-made feasibility study seem quite low.
The payback period of 3 years after start of production is plainly illusionary
