I imagine most procurement managers for hospitals etc will only want to source best-of-breed when it comes to retractable syringes for their medical staff, and price will be less of an issue over safety of operation concerns.
Any purchasing officer (or hospital board) deciding to purchase retractable syringes on price performance alone - and ignoring the superior technology that Unitract offers - would I think be accountable for exposing their organisation to unnecessary risk of needlestick injuries by their inferior product selection.
