Thanks for your detailed explanation. I'm totally fine if the sale goes through and they return all the cash to shareholders. However, the signs are pretty clear for now, that they have no intention to do so. After the sale goes through, nothing is there to hold them accountable if they choose to retain the cash.
The announcement about LEL taking over Bentley's REE tenements is very worrying. REE project is cash guzzler. There is no success case so far except Lynas. Hastings' project has gone over budget and running into billion. And how much Arafura invested to get to this stage? Arafura has Rinehart. Who does LEL have? Bentley Capital...
