Obesity and anorexia are both huge problems for society; we shouldn't be encouraging people to feel good about it or think that they don't need to do something about it by giving them role models which normalise it. There's nothing more calculated to put me off my lunch than being in a cafe and seeing some huge person tucking into a bowl of fries. You are what you eat.
