The title 'Breaking Ukrainian lines across the front with numerous assaults' may be the process, which he explains in the latter half of the video (reserves being moved/non-fighters being sent to fight/numerical advantages/critical manpower etc.). Might help if you stop criticising based on what you think the title means... You rarely hit the target. Also: your 'no advances/movement' claim seems to be wrong.
