Hey Guys,
I've tried to forget about this one in the last couple of years, so I have fallen behind on the latest news/updates.
I'm not trying to stir any s**t, and I can see that, looking at the last couple of pages, there's a lot of combative back-and-forths.
I am asking these (probably dumb) questions purely as a holder of ISX Financial EU Limited (Unlisted) shares.
According to my account, I hold 3,000 ISX Financial EU Limited (Unlisted) shares, which, from memory, were given after Southern Cross Payments was unlisted from the ASX. I have/had 30,000 shares.
I'm aware that ISX Financial, in its current state, isn't listed on any exchange and, therefore, cannot be bought or sold.
This is where my dumb questions come in:
Are there any current options to sell my holdings in ISX Financial EU Limited?
Could this be done back to the company itself or to a PE firm that may have a stake in ISX Financial EU Limited?
Or is my only out to wait if/when the company lists again on a stock exchange?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
