I have been investing very successfully for many years and I have never come across a trading halt for results which do not meet the expectations of the market at minimum! Otherwise you expose the company to further issues and negativity. Doing one just before the weekend also keeps the suspense up and ensures a lot of the market and sector are taking notice into the new trading week!
These results will be decent IMO! Maybe it will be you having to cope at some stage!
