Yep Babbanap summarises it well. I was a bit on the softly softly approach! No way would I have been comfortable, and certainly it wasn't my place, to be digging into their financials. I was a first time guest and had to behave as one.
Having said that, yes I'm under the impression they are supplying to a few clients and they do have some scale at play. I'm also guessing their final product is pretty much all in powder form, ie the end product. From there, the clients would purchase it and pack and finish according to their own needs.
They won't be selling/supplying the product for pain relief (there have been no trials other than ours in this area). We also have this patent:
